This notice explains what Outbound Firms does with the information you give us through this website. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, including preparing a buyer map if you asked for one. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your details to market anything else to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, then delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are seen only by the people who handle your request and by the service providers that host this website and our email, who process them on our behalf.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical details any web request carries.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email felicity.hamilton@outboundfirms.co, or send the request through our contact form. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, contact ends.

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
